Registration procedure
Your registration will be handled by HortiLink. When registering online, you can choose different participation options you want to register for. Connecting prices for your selected options will be automatically summarized and you will be guided to pages where you can supply your personal details and finally you will arrive in a online payment terminal. After finishing the registration procedure, you will receive automatically an e-mail with your registered details and your personal registration number. In general you pay to HortiLink and HortiLink will forward your payment towards the conference organizing team. You will receive a payment confirmation as soon as we have received your payment.

Cancellation / refund policy
If you want to cancel your registration, we kindly request you to send an e-mail to Registration.WICaNeM2014@hortilink.nl. Applicable conditions are:

Cancellation on or before April 15, 2014: 100% of the registration fees will be refunded - € 25,- to compensate for our administration and transaction costs
Cancellation on or before May 10, 2014: 100% of the registration fees will be refunded - € 25,- to compensate for our administration and transaction costs
For cancellations made after May 10, 2014, no refunds will be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred
If the conference is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organizing committee, the conference shall not be held liable for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration.

Accommodation
Reservation of hotel accommodation is not included in the registration procedure. For hotel suggestions, see chapter “Venue” on symposium website.

Letter of invitation
Upon request the secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to any participant of the symposium. Such an invitation is only meant to help the participant raise travel funds and/or obtain a visa and will only be send after receiving full outstanding payment free from all international bank transfer charges.

Language
The official language of the symposium is English. There will be no translation.

Electrical Current
The Netherlands operates on 220-230 volts for electrical appliance. The frequency is 50-60 Hertz.

Liability
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants themselves. The organization does not accept any liability or responsibility for illness/death, or injury to or financial loss by any person attending this symposium, whatever the cause.

Disclaimer
The organizing committee has the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the conference. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
