Your payment will be handled by HortiLink which uses DocData Payments Services. Please remember that your registration is only valid after we have received your registration fee payment without any international bank transfer charges on the bank account of HortiLink. Cash payment upon arrival is not possible. Only payments in Euro will be accepted.

After ending the online registration procedure, you will be automatically guided to the secured online payment terminal. You can choose the following payment options, but actual offered payment options depend on the country where you are located. Any transaction costs will be automatically calculated and charged to you. Payment options are:

• Online payment by creditcard (VISA or Mastercard)

• Online e-banking options

• Offline domestic bank transfer to DocData Payments bank account in selected countries

• Offline international IBAN payment directly to HortiLink in The Netherlands.

After finishing the registration and payment procedure, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your registration details and your registration number. In general you pay to HortiLink and HortiLink will forward your payment towards the conference organizers. You will receive a confirmation when we have received your payment
